- Register Employer Tax Identification number (EIN) with the IRS
- Register Michigan Withholding Taxes
- Register Unemployment Withholding Taxes
- Submit S-Corp Election to the IRS
- Register Beneficial Ownership Reporting to FinCEN (New Requirement as of 2024)
